After studying technical physics at TU Vienna, he found his way into the energy market – and has known it like the back of his hand ever since. Among other things, he developed the first algorithm for trading on the Leipzig power exchange. He also founded RABOT Energy in 2014 and RABOT Charge in 2021.
Maximilian Stephan has been a founding member of Wechselpilot and initially headed customer service. Most recently, he served as Head of Operations for four years. Since July 2023, he has also been our Managing Director. He manages the company from Munich.
